Salihu Tanko Yakasai, the spokesman to Kano State Governor, has taken a swipe at President Muhammadu Buhari over his handling of EndSARS protest.

Yakasai who used his twitter handle to publicly criticize the President lame ref what he called the non-challant attitude relating to the lives of ordinary Nigerians.

According to him,  the action of the president is a betrayal to the teaming masses who voted him especially his supporters at the grassroots.

Mr. Tanko tweeted: “Whatever u (you) do in life, make sure u (you) never lose ur (your) voice. Speak up against injustice, speak up against inaction, speak up for what u (you) believe in, demand for ur (your) right and never let a temporary position or privilege stop u (you) from standing with the people.@

Continuing,  Yakasai,  who said: “Enough is enough! #EndSARS,” lamented that “To speak to your people over issues that are bedeviling them has become something like a favour you are doing to them.

“Over and over again, you cannot spare five minutes and address the nation to calm them down, the same people you went round to the 36 states to beg for their votes, its heartbreaking,” the governor’s aide wrote.

I’ve never seen a govt with zero empathy like that of @MBuhari. So many times when his people are going through a difficult time & expect some sort of tap on shoulder to reassure them that he is in charge, but he failed to do so. The ‘i don’t care attitude ‘ is on another level”

The tweets by  Ganduje’s spokesman, however, drew favorable response of his teaming followers, who hailed him for blasting the president, as reported by Sahelian Times.
