2Baba breaks silence on marital crisis

Amidst family crisis and social media brouhaha, the “African Queen” singer, 2Baba has appealed to the general public to stay off his family issues.

The singer’s wife called him out on social media, accusing him of having illicit affair with his first baby mama, Pero and alleging his family doesn’t accept her.

The past week also saw some members of the Idibia and Macaulay family engage in war of words as a result of Annie’s outburst on social media.

Social media users also got on the case debating the move by the singer’s wife with so many, including celebrities, describing the move as absolutely wrong and unhealthy.

All the while, the Hypertek boss was quiet however.

But he eventually broke the silence code last night when he urged the general public to respect their privacy especially their kids and let them sort things out as a family.

He acknowledged the imperfect nature of man and the decision made by his family to resort to social media in the first place was wrong but won’t appreciate the public to continue discussing their family issues any further under the guise of love and solidarity, The Nation reports.

2face wrote: “I ADMIT THAT BRINGING OUR PERSONAL ISSUES ON SOCIAL MEDIA WAS NOT COOL BUT I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND WATCH EVERYBODY HAVE A FREE FOR ALL BATTLE HERE IN THE NAME OF LOVE OR SOLIDARITY.

“NONE OF US IS PERFECT. I WILL LIKE TO URGE OUR FAMILIES AND SUPPORTERS TO STOP THE MADNESS AND THE PUBLIC TO PLEASE RESPECT OUR PRIVACY AND OUR KIDS, LET US DEAL WITH OUR ISSUES INTERNALLY. I TAKE GOD BEG UNA”
