In a significant move aimed at enhancing healthcare services and promoting inclusivity in education, Governor Uba Sani has announced the automatic employment of a group of newly graduated medical professionals during a courtesy visit by the Kaduna State Scholarship and Loans Board, to Sir Kashim Ibrahim House.

The graduates, led by the Executive Secretary, Professor Yahya Saleh Ibrahim, came with their parents.

Among them were 20 medical doctors who completed their studies in Cuba, 14 nurses that finished from the Islamic University of Uganda, and a BSc Cybersecurity graduate from the University of Wollongong Dubai, who identifies as a person with disability.

Governor Sani’s initiative reflects his administration’s commitment to bolstering healthcare services and promoting human capital development.

In his address, the Governor emphasized the importance of inclusivity, stating that “our government is dedicated to ensuring that every individual, regardless of his or her background and challenges, has the opportunity to succeed and contribute to society.”

The highlight of the visit was the Governor’s announcement, granting automatic employment to the newly graduated medical students; a move that is expected to not only enhance the state’s healthcare system but also provide job security for the young professionals.

This decision was greeted with applause, especially from the graduates, who expressed their gratitude.

Mal Muhd Salisu Abdullahi Maiphysics, speaking on behalf of the parents, expressed profound appreciation to Governor Sani for his timely intervention in settling all the outstanding school fees of their wards.

“Without your support, our children would not have been able to graduate. We are grateful for your commitment to their education and future,” he stated, highlighting the impact of the Governor’s actions on the students’ lives.
