Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje commiserates with Senator Bello Hayatu Gwarzo over the death of the Senator’s wife Hajiya Hauwa Bello Hayatu, who died yesterday, Wednesday.
“She was a complete pious wife, whose good sterling qualities shaped the good upbringing of her children. It is indeed a great loss not only to her immediate family, but also to the state,” he said.
On behalf of the state government and the people of Kano state, the governor said, “…we pray to Allah to give her eternal rest in Jannatul Fiddausi. May He forgive all her shortcomings.”
He called on the family to continue following her footsteps, so that they could get similar good comments from public when their time comes knocking.
“May Allah give us all, the fortitude to bear this great loss. This is indeed a trial from the Almighty Allah. Allahu Akbar. Innalillahi Wa’inna Ilaihirraa’ji’uun,” he concludes.
