Kano state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, on Wednesday presented letters of appointment to the newly appointed emirs of Kano and Bichi emirates respectively.

The two emirs are Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero for Kano emirate and Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero for Bichi emirate.

Both emirs were sons of the late Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero. They were appointed emirs by Governor Ganduje on Monday, March 9, 2020, Daily Trust reports.
