Suspected Boko Haram insurgents on Wednesday attacked the convoys of Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima, who were on their way to a political rally at Gamboru-Ngala.

Witnesses’ reports said many were feared dead, just as dozens were missing Daily Trust reports.
